1. Cookie Dough Pizza

Pizza comes in various flavors, but this one is undoubtedly everyone’s favorite. Whatever goodies you want to put on your cookie dough pizza, here’s the recipe for cookie dough pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of chocolate chips
  • 200g of melted dark chocolate
  • 335g of self-raising flours
  • 185g of golden caster sugar
  • 150g of golden caster sugar
  • 25g of giant white chocolate buttons
  • 25g of mini marshmallows
  • Two eggs
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of salt

Procedure:

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°F/gas 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugars with an electric whisk or a countertop mixer. Pour the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, then carefully mix everything.

Step 2 – After you’ve well-mixed everything together, add the flour and salt. Sprinkle the chocolate chunks over the top and swirl them into the batter until evenly distributed.

Step 3 – After rolling it into a giant round cookie, place it on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If the dough is still very soft, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to stiffen. Bake it for 25 minutes, or until the rims are brown and the middle is still wobbly, in a preheated oven. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before topping. Top the cookie with melted chocolate, strawberries, little marshmallows, and massive chocolate buttons. Slice it into about 15 pieces while it is still warm and served.

2. Cornflake Tarts

Make this cornflake cake for a quick and easy treat that kids will love. It’s delicious with custard and features a pastry case and jam base.

Ingredients:

  • 320g of rolled shortcrust pastry
  • 125g of strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 125g of golden syrup
  • 100g of cornflakes
  • 50g of butter
  • 25g of light brown sugar
  • Plain flour
  • Custard

Procedure:

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°F fan/gas 4. Unroll the pastry and immediately roll it out to fit a 23 cm loose-bottom tart pan on a lightly dusted work surface. Using the rolling pin, lift the crust over the tin and press into the corners and sides, allowing any excess pastry to droop over the rim. Trim away the excess, leaving only a small amount hanging over the edge.

Step 2 – After lining the pastry with parchment paper, fill it with uncooked rice or baked beans—Bake for 15 minutes. After removing the parchment paper and beans, bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until just brown. Remove any excess pastry from the edges with a sharp knife after removing it from the oven.

Step 3 – Heat the butter, syrup, and sugar in a small saucepan with a dash of salt over medium heat until melted and smooth. Fold in the cornflakes to distribute the butter mixture evenly.

Step 4 – Level the top after adding the jam to the cooked pastry foundation. Layer it on the jam by tipping the cornflake mixture over and gently pressing down. Bake the tart for 5 minutes or until the cornflakes are brown and toasted. Allow it cool to a just warm temperature before slicing and serving with custard.

3. Peanut Butter Cups

You’ll adore these three-ingredient peanut butter cups if you’re seeking a simple dessert dish that’s also all-natural.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil
  • Creamy peanut butter

Procedure:

Step 1 – Line a 24-cup mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners.

Step 2 – Melt the chocolate chips and a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil.

Step 3 – Fill each muffin liner halfway with melted chocolate and apply it as high up the sides as you can. Freeze your pan for around five minutes.

Step 4 – While the pan is frozen, thoroughly combine the coconut oil and peanut butter.

Step 5 – Remove the pan from the freezer to divide the peanut butter mixture between the chocolate shells.

Step 6 – Fill the leftover melted chocolate into all of the muffin cups with peanut butter. If necessary, use the back of a spoon to carefully spread the chocolate toward the edge of each wrapper until no more peanut butter is visible.

Step 7 – After 30 minutes of freezing, there you have it!

4. Pudding Dirt Cups

With limited ingredients, the simplicity of this recipe, and the ability for each child to create their cup with as much or as little “dirt” as desired, this dirt dessert dish is a terrific cooking exercise for kids.

Step 2 – For two minutes, whisk milk and instant pudding together until pudding is completely dissolved. Allow thickening for five minutes.

Step 3 – Add 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs and frozen whipped topping after stirring.

Step 4 – Spoon into each cup separately.

Step 5 – Over the pudding mixture, scatter the remaining cookie crumbs. Add two gummy worms to the top of each cup. Until you’re ready to serve, chill for at least 60 minutes.
